NEW TEMPLATE

It's going to be June pretty soon, so I decided to change the template to look more suitable for the "rainy season." I could have done it in June, but well, it's better that I do it when I have time and feel like doing it.

Rented a video called “Crust.” A British comedy -- stupid, nonsense, laughable and yet heart-warming, non-Hollywood B-film. Believe it or not, I liked it. It was like a pleasant surprise.
It’s a movie that tells you how wonderful a hug is.

I am so glad that I found your blog. It's hard to find a Blog about life in Japan that is well written in English by a writer who has only lived in the States for a few years. You are truly a great writer, linguist, cook, painter, and joyful person. The little autumn leaves have left a tremendous impression on me. I applaud you for carving out a life that is all yours. Looking at your site makes me feel something nostalgic about what I have lost along the way.

Please continue your website. It is like the modern day Pillow Book. It is important to people who relate.

Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving such a nice comment :D It’s so nice of you ( I don’t think I – especially my English ability – deserve that much compliment, though. I blush all the time finding stupid mistakes in my writings after I posted them. ;P) Yes, I’ll continue my websites, and it makes me so happy to find out that someone enjoys them. Thanks again. Hi Oba Chan, it's starting to rain here too. Feels good to be 'back' here again. It always feels cosy no matter what the weather is when I'm in here.

So nice to hear from you again! :D Thank you for telling me that you feel cosy here. That made me feel so happy. Honestly, interacting with people through blogging really added so much to my life. I'm so glad that I started blogging.
